ABOUT EF
For over 55 years, we’ve dedicated ourselves to one global mission: Opening the World Through Education. Our programs help students expand their knowledge of the world around them, discover more about themselves, grow more confident and independent, and understand new people, places, and cultures.
Spend the week falling in love with Portuguese culture as you wind through historic neighborhoods and enjoy sunset views from spectacular beaches.
In Lisbon, explore the medieval Alfama district, try your hand at making traditional azulejos (tiles), and sample the country’s classic egg custard tart, pastéis de nata. On day trips to Sintra and Cascais, take in the palaces and villas. And in Porto, see the Baroque Clérigos Church and climb to the top of its 75-meter-high bell tower, Torre dos Clérigos. Then marvel at the whimsical Livraria Lello, a famous bookstore known for its stained glass ceiling, intricately carved wooden panels, and photo stop-worthy staircase. From the capital to the coast, you’ll experience the magic of the Iberian Peninsula on this guided tour of Portugal./ / / / / /
