Limited Power of Attorney

Some tours include an activity that requires travelers to sign a waiver in order to participate. In order for a child under the age of 18 to participate in this activity, the Group Leader needs to be authorized to sign the waiver on their behalf. Agreement is completely voluntary. If permission is not granted, the child will not be allowed to participate in any activity that requires a waiver. Parents and guardians may also sign this Limited Power of Attorney electronically by logging into their traveler account. If you're unsure whether your tour requires this form, please contact us.
