Travelers wishing to leave the tour for a period of time (e.g., to visit a friend or relative) must complete this form. This form should also be completed by travelers taking part in a homestay when a Tour Director is not present. Travelers should give their Group Leader a copy of this form and take a copy with them on tour for their Tour Director.
